Ensalada de Manzana

INGREDIENTS:

6 Golden or Gala apples
2 cans sliced pineapple
2 quarts sour cream (or substitute with plain yogurt)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

PREPARATION:

Peel and dice the apples. Remove the juice from the pineapples and save for later use. Cut pineapples. Place sour cream or yogurt in a bowl; mix in the sugar, condensed milk, pineapple juice. Mix in apples, raisins and pineapples. Garnish with chopped pecans. Sweeten to taste.
